We do not accept returns or refunds.
Exchanges are only accepted if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To be eligible for an exchange:
• The product must be unopened and in its original sealed packaging
• You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Clear photos or videos must be provided
Approved cases may receive a replacement or store credit valid for 6 months.
