• During promotions or high demand periods, processing times may be extended.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message.
🚚 Delivery Coverage and Timeframes
• Delivery is available within Egypt only.
• Cairo and Giza:
Estimated delivery time is 1 to 3 business days after order confirmation.
• Other governorates:
Estimated delivery time is up to 4 business days, and in some remote areas delivery may take longer.
Delivery times may vary depending on courier availability, public holidays, weather conditions, and external factors.
🕒 Delivery Conditions
• Customers must ensure that the delivery address and phone number are accurate and reachable.
• Refuel is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information, customer unavailability, or circumstances beyond our control.
• If delivery fails due to incorrect details or customer unavailability, re delivery may require an additional shipping fee.
📦 Packaging and Food Safety
• All Refuel products are shipped in sealed, food safe packaging.
• Customers should inspect the order upon delivery.
If the package appears damaged, leaked, or tampered with, customers should refuse delivery or report the issue within 48 hours with clear photos.
